Weapons Mod Changes

[PANIC!]

We are making some changes to the weapons mod on our server. There will be a slight adjustment to the sniper rifles. If you shoot a player in the hand, foot, or lower leg, it will not kill them, but instead will give 70-80 HP damage. Anywhere else is 1 shot, 1 kill. This change will make our Assist Rewards mod more useful. 2 assists will give you 2 extra grenades, and 4 assists will give you a silenced pistol.
